Seller guarantees this kitten, a ____________________________ born _________________ out of

_______________________________ and ____________________________ to be in good health on the date of

delivery (planned for_________________). This kitten will have received the following immunizations against Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calici, and Panleukopenia:

1) ___________ Age: 3 and 6 weeks FVRC (2-way modified live) Heska Intranasal
2) ___________ Age: 9 weeks FVRCP (3-way modified live) Fel-O-Guard Plus 3
3) ___________ Age: 12.5 weeks FVRCP (3-way modified live) Fel-O-Guard Plus 3

If a kitten receives a series of two FVRCP vaccinations 3-4 weeks apart and the second one is given after 12 weeks of age, current vaccination protocol says that the kitten is covered for a year. Please show this vaccination schedule to your vet. Vets sometimes want to do the whole series all over again and over-vaccination is not good for any cat or kitten. Some vets like to give one additional booster at 16 weeks of age, which is not necessary, but not harmful. This cat will be due for his annual FVRCP on _________. Thereafter, current recommended vaccination protocol is a booster every 3-4 years. This kitten will not have a rabies vaccination because he/she will be too young at the time of neutering. To the best of Seller’s knowledge, this cat is free of worms, fleas, ear mites, and any other internal or external parasites. He will be dewormed with Drontal at 8 and 11 weeks of age and will be done again three days before delivery. This kitten is guaranteed to be Fel-V and FIV negative. If this cat should show signs of any life-threatening genetic defect or chronic health problem up to the age of five years or should die of a genetic defect, he/she will be replaced. Cats will be replaced only with a signed statement from a licensed Veterinarian stating the problem and prognosis or with a necropsy report in the case of death or euthanasia. No exceptions. Replacement of kittens will only be considered if the owner has done a minimum diagnostic work-up on the kitten/cat such as CBC, blood chemistry, urinalysis, radiographs, ultrasound, cytology or histopathology to conclusively demonstrate that said condition was/is life-threatening or untreatable. The medical records for this kitten/cat must be sent to Seller for replacement consideration. No replacements will be given if the owner refuses to treat a treatable medical condition.

X Seller will have this kitten examined by her vet on_____________to verify his/her good health and he/she will be neutered/spayed on that day provided that he/she weighs at least 2.25 pounds. Buyer reserves the right to have him/her examined by his/her own veterinarian within 10 days of receipt to verify his/her good health if he/she so desires. Seller will not assume liability for the cost of veterinary examinations, diagnostic work or treatment. If Buyer is not satisfied with him/her for any reason (health or personality) he/she will notify Seller within 14 days and can return kitten to Seller for a full refund of his/her purchase price. Shipping or delivery fees are not refundable.

X In Seller’s opinion, this kitten is show quality. This means that he/she has no disqualifiable characteristics, meets the CFA standard for a Japanese Bobtail and should be able to attain the status of Grand Premier in CFA or TICA competition. The evaluation of this kitten’s show potential is the Seller’s opinion and in no way constitutes a guarantee, since many factors (such as grooming, condition and personality) can affect a cat’s success in competition. To ensure the best success in adult competition, kittens should be shown at least once in the kitten class (4-8 months of age).
